I Fly in the Heart-Sky

This is our first instrumental project lead by the Bansuri, the Indian bamboo flute.
Each track has it own unique feel and sound while attaining the meditative atmosphere based on songs by our Guru Sri Chinmoy.

The Bansuri is a very peaceful instrument, and a very universal instrument which is loved throughout the world.

Bansuri flute has been my passion for the last 7 years, since I saw Rakesh Chaurasiaji live in Concert in Auckland 2014, I immediately purchased a Bansuri to learn on.

The sound I could imagine hearing inspired me to persevere through the slow process of learning and I have felt my progress throughout the years of playing. So I am very happy how this Ep has turned out and to have some Bansuri songs to share in honour of our Guru's 90th Birthday.

The Ep has Oud, Guitar & Bass played by Pragunya, Creating the perfect landscape and accompaniment for the Bansuri to weave through.
